Who is behind the Self Storage Federation?
To answer that question and give piece of mind to those who do not know it is John Greenfield Senior Partner of Fabrication and Site Services UK and the global marketing company Shipping Container Trader & Kirsty Renyard his daughter who has worked in the estate agent and commercial market sectors before joining a major shipping line in operations. With strong connections to the self storage industry and shipping container sectors, natural progression into developing the Self Storage Federation came easily. Within the family run companies we have a website design and search engine optimisation team, run by the third partner of Shipping Container Trader Peter Orme. A former IBM contractor, Peter has many years in the graphic design, communication and marketing management fields and brings to the federation an extensive portfolio of expertise. Peter's knowledge is available through us to all of our members FREE of charge.
Constant contact with many self storage operators saw a void in the market place for an organisation to give value for money & expertise within the self storage industry. What has been created is a membership that will benefit from the group infrastructure. Many shipping container based storage operators know John personally and his son Chris his business partner of 15 years on both family run companies. The SSF is another family run business, with Kirsty Renyard as CEO.
